How OnePartnerGroup is Using AI and Human Expertise to Improve Staffing Processes

OnePartnerGroup prides themselves on being a truly local recruitment and staffing agency in Sweden. With a presence in approximately 50 locations, from Malmö in the south to Kalix in the north, they have a wide reach that allows them to serve diverse communities across the country. The commitment to being locally focused sets OnePartnerGroup apart from other recruitment and staffing companies, and we're proud to say that our efforts have made us one of the largest recruitment agencies in Sweden concludes Charlotte Jareby-Hellman, COO at OnePartnerGroup.

The company has grown incredibly fast since the start of 2009, and this is largely due to its entrepreneurial spirit. One of OnePartnerGroup's values is being forward-leaning, which means we are curious and like to try new things. This includes the digital era, where we are eager to explore how to improve our processes for our employees, clients, and candidates.

"As a CTO, my job is to ensure that our technology aligns with our business goals and supports our teams in delivering innovative solutions to our customers and partners, that’s where Globus adds value" - Andreas Nordlund, CTO at OnePartnerGroup.

While we are interested in exploring AI and digital technologies to make our recruitment and staffing processes more efficient and provide better experiences, we still believe in putting people first. We want to remove repetitive tasks and let AI do what it does best, but we will never replace the value of human competence and expertise.

We aim to have 50% digital processes, but this doesn't mean we want to reduce our staff. Instead, we want to challenge ourselves to see how we can create even more value for our clients and candidates by leveraging our human resources alongside AI technology.

"We want to use AI to make our recruitment and staffing processes more efficient and improve the experience for both candidates and clients, while still keeping human competence at the center of everything we do." - Charlotte Jareby-Hellman, COO at OnePartnerGroup.

Globus is a perfect example of how we can match the strengths of both humans and AI to benefit our clients and candidates. We believe in the power of automation to streamline certain tasks, but we also believe that the human touch is essential to providing personalized and valuable services. This enables recruiters to focus their efforts on the most valuable opportunities, and candidates receive personalized and efficient services. By matching the strengths of both humans and AI, OnePartnerGroup strives to create even more value for their employees, clients, and candidates.
