Yes. Most ATS systems today expose APIs that let us read jobs and write structured data back. We'll scope a native integration with you.
Do you store our customer or candidate data?
Yes. Globus.ai is a full AI Agent ATS, so candidate and customer records can live in Globus. Data is EU-hosted and encrypted, and our Data Protection and Privacy notice documents every data flow. If you connect another ATS, we read from it and write structured data back.
What happens if our ATS goes down?
The platform queues writes and retries automatically when your ATS comes back. Reads degrade gracefully — the Control Room shows you exactly what's queued.
Can we use Globus.ai if we run a custom ATS?
Yes. We connect through your APIs and mirror your fields. Globus.ai is also a full AI Agent ATS, so it can take over from a custom system.
Do AI Agents send messages on our behalf?
