ChatGPT and Copilot can draft text. They can't run your workflow. AI Agents are
different on four counts — and the difference is the entire point.
They do the work.
They work as a team.
They remember.

FAQs
What is an AI Agent exactly?
An AI Agent is software that reasons, decides, and acts on its own — not a chatbot that only replies, and not a workflow that only fires when triggered. Globus AI Agents read job orders, search your database, rank candidates, run outreach, and book shifts end-to-end. The recruiter sets the rules, oversees the work from a Control Room, and can pause or override any action at any moment.
How do AI Agents stay accurate?
Every agent logs every action with full reasoning, inputs, and outputs. Recruiters can review, override, or correct. The system learns from those corrections — accepted shortlists, rejected matches, edited messages — and gets sharper week over week. We don't pool data across customers.
Will AI Agents replace our recruiters?
No. AI Agents take the admin off your recruiters' desks — the grind around sourcing, screening, scheduling, chasing documents — so recruiters spend their time on people: clients, candidate relationships, and the judgment calls only a human should make. Every agent escalates to a recruiter when judgment is needed.
Are AI Agents compliant with the EU AI Act and GDPR?
Yes. AI Agents are built for high-risk recruitment requirements under the EU AI Act: full audit trails, override controls, transparency notes, and human-in-the-loop escalation. Data is EU-hosted, encrypted in transit and at rest. GDPR data minimisation and retention rules apply automatically across every agent.
Can we switch individual agents on and off?
Yes. Each agent is independent. Start with Eira (intake) and Saga (matching) — the two agents that pay off fastest — and add others as you're ready. You can pause any agent from the Control Room at any time.
How long does it take to go live?
Timelines depend on your stack — we scope honestly with you up front. A typical first agent goes live in production within a few weeks once we have access to your ATS, VMS and inbox. Discovery → sandbox build → go live, with your team involved at every step.
Do AI Agents work with our existing ATS?
Yes. Globus connects natively to the major staffing and recruitment ATS platforms — Bullhorn, Carerix, Recman, Access CRM, Salesforce — and to VMS systems like HealthRoster, Fieldglass and NHS-P. If you'd rather replace your ATS, Globus is a full AI Agent ATS too.
What does a recruiter actually do once AI Agents are running?
Recruiters lead the agents instead of working the queue. They set the rules, review exceptions, build client relationships, and make the calls only a human should make. Our customers report recruiters spending 70%+ of their day on people instead of admin.
