One moment changed how I see staffing.
When my three-year-old son nearly lost three fingers,the best plastic surgeon in the country happened tobe on duty. The right person was there when weneeded them.
We were at a hardware store. He was wandering, looking at an automaticlawnmower being demoed. I turned my back for a moment to pay. When Iturned around, he was on the floor, his hand outstretched. The mower hadturned and driven over it.
He made a full recovery. He moves all his fingers today. That's because of aperson — not a system, not a process, not a policy. One person, in oneplace, at the right time.
I'd spent eight years as a senior data scientist at Equinor. I knew AI coulddo this at scale: make sure the right person is in the right place whenneeded. That's why my co-founders and I started Globus.ai. We started inhealthcare staffing — where the stakes are highest — and we are nowexpanding across the sectors where placement matters most.

Helge Bjorland, Tor-Håkon Hellebostad, Jan Kristiansen and Ivan Metrikin establish Globus with a goal to improve quality of life. After working with AI at Equinor and Telenor for almost 10 years each, they were ready to make a difference — building smart technology that connects people with the right opportunities.

HealthRoster — turn-key auto-booking
RLDatix release the HealthRoster API. Globus ships a turn-key solution for full auto-booking with AI Agents — shifts published on HealthRoster, filled end-to-end without a human in the loop.

Are you AI-first or did you bolt AI on later?
AI-first from day one. Every component of the platform was built to generate training data and feed the models. Traditional software companies have a body — AI-first companies also have brains.
How do you handle hiring bias?
We match candidates against unbiased selection criteria and continuously monitor the models to ensure fair and equal treatment. Bias monitoring is built into our model lifecycle.
How is Globus different from co-pilots and chatbots?
Most AI tools today are assistants — they help a human do work. Globus is a team of autonomous AI Agents that do the work: find, screen, shortlist, place and nurture candidates. Purpose-built for high-volume staffing.
