Since the start of our journey in 2017 we have grown from 4 to 39 full-time employees, and we continue to grow and expand to the new markets. Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager,  you will be part of our talented and committed Customer Success team and will work closely with our clients' top management and users to ensure they get the greatest value from using Globus.ai's product. You will also work continuously to develop existing customer relationships and engagement.

Junior-Mid level UI/UX Designer 

We are looking for a UX designer able to understand our sustainable business applications and healthcare solutions, responsible for conducting user research, surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.

Senior Front-End Developer

The Senior Front-end Developer at Globus AI will be responsible for building the user-facing functionality of our product. You'll leverage HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React) to implement all client-side scripting. You will be working alongside other developers, data engineers and data scientists collaborating on the various layers of our technology stack.

Senior Back-End Developer

The Senior Back-end Developer will be responsible for the development of our backend production infrastructure and databases that power our SaaS product. You will develop code to save, change and serve data to the front-end. You will be working alongside other developers, data scientists and data engineers collaborating on various layers of our technology stack.

Project Manager

As a Project Manager you will be ensuring that our partners and customers expectations are met and exceeded. Based on their input you will be prioritizing, translating and communicating customer needs to our product team. You will be responsible for following up with development and product teams and ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries. This will be a key role at Globus AI, serving as a link between our clients and the technical teams.
