What is your vision of the company?

To empower the people that we are serving, by giving Globus AI users more relevant jobs and improving society’s health on a greater scale.

What do you value the most about the Globus team?

The team is extremely agile and able to accommodate the changing nature of our business. We’ve undergone several attempts to build a scalable product and the team has remained dynamic and responsive throughout, while consistently delivering high-quality at speed.

What is Globus’ promise to its customers and its people?

For customers and users, the product will help people to achieve their potential. Hospital leaders will have access to the right healthcare professionals at the right time, patients will, therefore, get the best care and candidates will have the most fulfilling jobs. Staffing agencies will become more efficient and improve their business, even become the best in their league. For the Globus AI team, my promise is that they will always have exciting tasks to work on and the opportunity to grow their careers and experience with us as Globus AI enters a new phase of scaling.

What is Scandinavian AI to you?

Scandinavian AI means creating technology with a heart.Especially with AI, it’s seen as something scary and off-putting - possibly even dangerous in some contexts. With Scandinavian AI, you combine unique and excellent technology with empathy and caring - which is vital in staffing to ensure everyone is treated equally and fairly.

What is your view on the current crisis and what do you think has irreversibly changed in the healthcare sector?

There have been some significant changes because of the crisis. Demand will increase for healthcare personnel, even faster now because of COVID-19. Before the pandemic, there was already a need for efficient,AI-powered healthcare staffing, due to the general trend of the ageing population across the world. But this has become even more critical and will continue to do so, because of the pandemic and other pressures on the healthcare system.
