2. What trackers are?
We wanted to let you know about the technologies like cookies and other online identifiers, we use at Globus AI when you're on our platform. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers/trackers that are transferred to the device you use to access the Platform via your browser. We them call "Trackers" in this document (unless specified otherwise).

3. Which Trackers does Globus use and how?
We use both own and third-party technologies, including:
- Strictly necessary “technical Cookies” and other similar Trackers, which ensure the proper operation of the website.
- Measurement/analytics Trackers, which collect information about how you use the website, which pages you visited, and which links you clicked on.
Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) is a session recording and heat mapping service provided by Microsoft Corporation to display the areas that users interact with most frequently. This shows where the points of interest are. These services make it possible to monitor and analyze web traffic and keep track of User behavior.
Some of these services may record sessions and make them available for later visual playback.
Personal Data includes country, interaction events, mouse movements, scroll-to-page interactions, Trackers and Usage Data.
Microsoft processes or receives Personal Data via Microsoft Clarity, which in turn may be used for any purpose in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement, including improving and providing Microsoft Advertising.

- Performance and functionality cookies
These cookies are used to enhance performance and functionality and allow interaction by remembering who you are and providing access to previous conversations you've had through the messenger in the app.
However, without these cookies you would not be able to access earlier conversations.
We use Intercom to provide live chat services to website visitors and those cookies are provided by Intercom. See Intercom’s privacy practices.
Personal Data: Data communicated while using the service; email address; Trackers; Universally unique identifier (UUID); Usage Data; various types of Data as specified in the privacy policy of the service.

4. How can you set your preferences and which choices do we provide?
Upon your first visit a banner with a notice will appear. The cookie banner allows you to express your cookie choice for the statistic and marketing cookies:
- If you click on the “Accept” button, we will start deploying the analytics and marketing cookies.
- If you click on the “Reject” button, we will not deploy the statistics and marketing cookies. Only strictly necessary (technical) cookies will be deployed, unless you change your choice.
- If you click on the “Learn more and customize” button, you will be invited to make a separate choice for analytics and marketing cookies.
The strictly necessary (technical) cookies/Trackers are automatically deployed to the device upon your first visit our platform. We do not provide you with options for this type, as disabling these cookies would affect how the platform functions. The Digital Advertising Alliance offers an application called AppChoices that helps users to control interest-based advertising on mobile apps.
Personal information we process is provided to us either directly by you responding to a job requests in the product.
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the recruitment/staffing agency you are working with. If that’s the case, a Joint Controller Agreement published on globus.ai/jca is also applicable.
