Job responsibilities
Project and customer success management
  • Drive and follow up progress. Set up project timeline, milestones, value drivers, KPIs, and risk overview based on customer needs and requirements
  • Communicate plan, progress, manage expectations, and create excitement in customer onboarding
  • Support technical team by removing impediments and communicate user needs
  • Follow up and communicate internal project metrics
 
Product feedback and development
  • Understand user requirements and translate to user stories for technical team
  • Work closely together with technical onboarding specialist
Background and skills
  • Fluent English: written and spoken
  • Deep knowledge in all stages of the software development process
  • Proven track record and hands-on experience with end-to-end SaaS product delivery in a commercial setting
  • Vast experience in implementing best practices of software craftsmanship, such as test-driven development, source control, change management, issue management, requirements management, release management and environments control
  • Ability to break down work for technical team members
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of developers
  • Ability to communicate, articulate and report to executive management
  • Experience using agile product development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and agile project management tools, for example Jira
