GPT Access Terms
These supplementary terms govern the use of the Globus GPT service within the Globus Staffing Product accessible via chatgpt.globus.ai. It enables users of our customers to utilize Generative AI machine learning models. These models are provided by Azure Open AI Services through our private Microsoft Azure instance.
These terms are an extension of the General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) detailed on Globus Legal Page, forming a binding agreement between you (the “Customer”) and Globus AI.
Any terms defined herein shall carry the same meaning as in the GTCs. For these terms,"Customer Data" also encompasses "User Content."

1. Globus GPT Definition
Globus GPT refers to a service powered by Generative AI machine learning models provided by Azure Open AI Services, designed to handle various text processing tasks. These include but are not limited to generating content through prompts, editing existing content, extracting information from text, and translating textual content based on user commands.
2. Subscription Details
The GlobusGPT Add-On Subscription encompasses the features as outlined in these terms. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, the subscription term shall align with your primary subscription to the Globus Product, including any renewal terms. Payment terms shall apply as detailed in the GTCs.
Exceeding your subscription's permitted usage may require an upgrade or additional purchase, and may result in performance degradation or feature disablement by Globus.
3. Input and Output
You may provide input to be processed by Globus GPT ("Input"), and receive output generated based on the Input ("Output"). Both Input and Output constitute your Customer Data, for which you hold sole responsibility, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, these Globus GPT Terms, the GTCs, and third-party terms such as Microsoft's Code of Conduct.
Restrictions apply to how you may use Globus GPT and its Output, including prohibitions on developing competing models, misleading representations of Output origin, generating spam, electoral campaign content, violating any technical guidelines or infringement, violation, or misappropriation of rights belonging to Globus or any third party.
You recognize that given the inherent characteristics of machine learning and thetechnology driving Globus GPT features, the Output generated may not be unique.It's possible for Globus GPT to produce output that is identical or similar tothat of Globus AI or a third party.
4. Data Usage and Improvement
GLOBUS DOES NOTUSE, NOR DOES IT ALLOW OTHERS TO USE, YOUR CUSTOMER DATA TO TRAIN THE MACHINE LEARNING MODELS.
We may utilize data from your usage of GlobusGPT, provided you voluntarily give feedback or permission.
During the provision of Globus GPT services, Globus utilizes Qdrant Cloud services as a processor, which operates in accordance with their Security Policy and Privacy Policy. Access to Customer data is authorized strictly on a least-privilege basis, and the data is hosted on Google Cloud Computing in the EU. The data center is certified with ISO9001:2008, ISO 27001:2013 security standards.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
Globus does not guarantee the results, or the accuracy of information derived from the use of Globus GPT. Utilizing Globus GPT is at your own risk, and it's crucial and recommended to independently verify factual claims made in the Output. Globus GPT lacks the capacity for dynamic information retrieval, and the output may not reflect events or facts occurring after the AI model's training phase. Any information or guidance, be it oral or in writing, acquired by you from Globus GPT or through Globus GPT does not establish any warranty.
6. Amendments
The latest version of this Terms are available at globus.ai/legal/gpt-access-terms.
Globus may amend this Terms and inform the Customer thereof.
Such amendments shall apply beginning ten (10) days from the date of posting it and informing the Customer.
