About the role

We are now looking for a Customer Success Manager who can help our clients get the most value from the partnership with Globus AI. 

You will be part of our talented and committed Customer Success team and will work closely with our clients' top management and users to ensure they get the greatest value from using's product. You will also work continuously to develop existing customer relationships and engagement. 

As a Customer Success Manager, you work closely with salespeople, project managers and product teams to ensure that our product creates real value, insight and, not least, customer excitement! 

Key responsibilities
  • Promote and secure excellent customer journey and excitement during the onboarding progress, securing speed, continuous information and communication flow, and transparency. 

  • Set up project timelines, milestones, value drivers, KPIs, and risk overview based on customer needs and requirements   

  • Communicate plan, progress, manage customer expectations  

  • Understand users’ problems and communicate to Product Manager. 

  • Connect and communicate closely with key stakeholders. 

  • Support with necessary training and product demonstration. 

  • Customer visits and regular follow-up meetings with management and users to promote active use of product. 

Background and skills
  • You have previous experience in customer facing roles 

  • You are naturally curious and eager to learn   

  • You are proactive and a driver of progress   

  • You enjoy being innovative and like finding solutions  

  • You enjoy working in the intersection between technology and customer follow-up  

  • You have excellent written & verbal communication skills    

  • You are comfortable in preparing, running, and managing workshops, management meetings and customer meetings   

  • You are fluent in English and Norwegian: written and spoken   

  • You understand risk and change management, understanding of barriers and resistance to change
