About the role
We are now looking for a Customer Success Manager who can help our clients get the most value from the partnership with Globus AI.
You will be part of our talented and committed Customer Success team and will work closely with our clients' top management and users to ensure they get the greatest value from using Globus.ai's product. You will also work continuously to develop existing customer relationships and engagement.
As a Customer Success Manager, you work closely with salespeople, project managers and product teams to ensure that our product creates real value, insight and, not least, customer excitement!
Promote and secure excellent customer journey and excitement during the onboarding progress, securing speed, continuous information and communication flow, and transparency.
Set up project timelines, milestones, value drivers, KPIs, and risk overview based on customer needs and requirements
